I started my career as an Executive Assistant right out of college and spent years learning the craft through real experience - supporting leaders, building systems, and figuring out what makes a great partnership work.
Along the way, I noticed something important: assistants were taught how to run a company’s systems, but rarely taught how to be an actual executive partner. The ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and truly understand the person you’re supporting wasn’t part of anyone’s training. It was something you picked up only through time and exposure.
In 2022, I opened my own practice as a Virtual Executive Assistant. As the work grew, so did the need - for assistants who were both capable and trained in the deeper side of support. That’s how Helpers Studios began.
Because I’ve worked as both an EA and a business owner, I understand both unique perspectives. I know what clients look for, and I know what assistants need in order to do their best work. My approach is simple: listen closely, understand what someone is really asking for, and find support that aligns with how they naturally think and operate.
At the heart of my work is a belief that great assistants don’t just complete tasks - they step into someone’s rhythm, anticipate what’s next, and help leaders show up with more clarity and ease. That philosophy guides every placement I make and every assistant I train.
