Most of our placements are virtual, but we do place in-person assistants when the role requires it. During your consultation, we’ll determine the level of support, availability, and presence you need.

We charge a $500 engagement fee (deducted upon placement) to begin our search and a 20% placement fee based on the assistant’s gross annualized compensation.
This covers consultation, recruiting, screening, shortlisting, interview support, hiring guidance, and post-placement follow-up.
As an Ontario-based business, GST/HST for Canadian clients is charged according to your province of residence. For clients in the United States, no sales tax is applied.

All assistants placed through Helpers Studios are hired directly by you — not by us. This ensures the relationship, compensation, and expectations are clear and personal from day one.

Yes. Every placement comes with a guarantee period.
If the match isn’t the right fit during that window, we’ll work with you to identify a replacement at no additional cost.

The engagement fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, consultation, and resources we invest at the start of your search. However, it does not expire — if you choose to pause and resume your search at a later date, your engagement fee will be fully credited toward your future placement.
